What is market access?
Market access is a concept covering licensing, pricing and reimbursement processes. It is the licensing in Türkiye of a product whose efficacy and safety have been proven in clinical trials, its pricing so it can be sold in pharmacies, and finally making it available under health insurance through a reimbursement decision.
How long does a reimbursement application take?
The duration depends on the therapeutic area, indication, the readiness of the file and the evaluation calendar. A correctly constructed application strategy and a complete file shorten the process significantly. We prepare a tailored timeline in our first meeting.
Can we purchase a single service on its own?
All our consultancy services are offered in a coherent 3-phase structure; however, you may also take a single preferred phase alone (for example only the preparation of the reimbursement file, or only the model adaptation).
Why is pharmacoeconomic model adaptation necessary?
Models developed globally do not reflect treatment practices, resource use and costs specific to Türkiye. Updating the model with local data and validating it is essential for a provable and persuasive reimbursement file.
How are expert opinion studies conducted?
With focus groups of physicians experienced in the relevant indication; resource use, prevalence-incidence figures, patient flow and market share analyses are carried out. Results are validated with a second expert opinion.

Do you also manage the post-application process?
